Signed up the truck friday 25th, ‘MORNING’. (by tow truck). Due to engine derated DEF issues, the same day they connected it to the computer and found some codes. The main code was the NOx sensors, something easy to troubleshooting and easy fix.
Well, I spend all weekend on the hotel, hoping they’ll finished by monday!. Company call them to ask at what time truck will be out of the shop!, right? They said they were short on mechanics, as many of them didn’t show up to work on monday! (Incompetent).

Today is Tuesday, and they told the company on the morning, that the truck will be ready today on the afternoon, guess what?! Probably not’ due to “mechanics rotation”! The mechanic troubleshooting my truck didn’t finished it, and now is working on another truck (due to the rotation) saying that. Front desk customer service just said to me to go back to the hotel.

It was a nightmare for me, worst place ever!!
it took me a week waiting on the hotel just to fix it.

Do not recommend this place to any OTR driver.

Their staff is extremely rude over at their parts department. Sent one of my employees to pick up a ac compressor. Guy at the front desk was rude to him. After having my truck diagnosed by my mobile mechanic it ended up being a ac hose leak. Went back to order hose my self again front desk guy is rude to me also . My employee goes back to return the ac compressor. They tell him it can’t be returned because the box was damaged. Again this compressor wasn’t installed and box was never opened it sat in his pick up tool box for a week The manger inspected it he says the compressor had “heat” damage and that he will not be able to return the 800 dollar part. At the same time I’m working a deal with one of their sales person for a new truck. After letting him know that I decided to take my business else where because of the way his part department treated us he says to take the compressor back and he will make sure I get a refund after giving it some thought I decided to take my business else where because I shouldn’t have to be buying a 300,000 dollar truck to get respect from their staff. So I decided to keep the compressor because some day one of the 12 trucks will eventually need it. I rather drive to Sacramento or any other kenworth dealership then to go back to that place full of rude staff . If I could give it 0 stars I would !

These guys never answer phone in parts department. You can call anytime of the day or on weekend. One of the reason I personally try to find parts at the other places when I can.

They are unprofessional. I fix my truck from them. They took it whole week but the problem is still same. So i bring my truck back and now its been a week they didn’t touch my truck and every time when i call them they said we do apologise but we will look your truck tomorrow. They don’t respect Coustomer. The lady is very rude. 😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬

Worst dealer all time they will charge you to do nothing. We drop our 2024 KW for check engine light and rude lady Ashley in service

These guys were awesome. We have a T680 that started knocking after fueling a couple of weeks ago. After using several gallons of fuel treatment to no avail….we talked to another driver who had same issue. Told us to stop at KW and have them hook computer up. Its an ongoing fuel injector issue. They got us right in…..hooked up computer…..added some heavy duty injector cleaner…..reprogramed whatever was wrong and got us rolling in about an hour or so. Thanks so much !
