Seemed to not carry certain brands which ended up costing me more out of pocket,which I wasn't too happy about. but was able to find a somewhat cost-effective alternative. And the service writer wasn't very personable but may have caught him on a bad day; either way it was very quick service (minus the time at the counter waiting for an estimate and then a total) they did quality work, the tech was efficient, and I was in and out in no time at all. The wallet was WAY lighter but I guess that's the way the market is right now. Overall I may give it another chance; but if I can I'm going to shop around first.

Fabulous professional friendly service! Drivers are always on time and really work hard to make everything perfect! Whether we drive there or have service to our home, they are polite and very courteous. We have been using Parkhouse for our trucks, tractors, and horse trailers for over 30 years. Had new tires put on the front of my dually, and they ruined both aluminum wheels! It was dark when they finished, so I didn't find it until later when I was in Nevada. I took pictures and sent to them, and have checked back twice. 2 months later and still no word from them...

Got there a few minutes before they opened, and the staff was already willing to help. Free air check for all my truck & trailer tires. Tipped well. If you use them, please at least tip so this service will continue to be free.

Absolutely the best tire care I’ve ever had! Becky was awesome understanding my tire size and what I needed. What great customer service! The only sad thing I have to say is that while paying for the bill a man came into the office without a mask on. Even after Becky asked the man Twice to put a mask on he refused and just smirked. To the owner please reinforce Becky who is just trying to keep from getting Covid and following the law. Love you guys!

I showed up just before opening time at 7 a.m. to Parkhouse Tire Inc. This company was recommended to me by at least two very good friends as I was in dire need to replace all 6 tires of my class A Diesel Pusher RV. I had the opportunity to meet Oswaldo, you went over selection and pricing and we agreed to order tires for delivery the next day though I was scheduled to travel on the third day, Wednesday. When I got home a short hour later he called me and said he got the tires and I asked if they could be installed as well since I was on a tight deadline. He said for me to go ahead and take the RV in and he would try to do it the same day or if not the second day, I dropped off the RV. A few hours later he called to let me know the RV was ready for pickup! Wow what service all taken care of in one day and my troubles were swept away. If you are looking for a fantastic deal on fantastic tires and above class service that you need to see Park House tires and ask for Oswald. I haven't shared this information with other members of my RV clubs and they were really glad to hear this. Thank you for the superb service Oswaldo.
