Had a great experience purchasing a jacket here. The staff were amazing! Trent was super helpful and looked up online prices vs. in store prices to get me the best deal. He also helped me customize the zippers to a color that I preferred. I really appreciated the time and effort he put in to make sure I was happy with my purchase!

Their products are amazing but their employees are even better. Came in to see if they could fix a clip on my backpack that had broken long ago. Adrian and JT helped me right away. They were able to locate a replacement clip very quickly and switch it out while I shopped. I love this backpack, it packs everything. I throw it into my luggage on trips, take it from the mountains to Disney world. Can hold all my essentials plus my toddlers. Great store, great staff. Gonna keep being a fan for life. Give the guys a raise!

Kimberly and Fran were absolute gems! We searched the whole village for a patch and they were the only shop with any. They helped decide which would fit best and the patch itself was free of charge. I will absolutely be coming back.

I just had the Best experience at North Star Patagonia. The employees were super helpful and even though the style was not available in the size I wanted they ordered it and had it shipped to my house for free. Thank you for such wonderful service.
