I shop here because I'm coming in anyway because of the pharmacy (which is fabulous!!)
They have some quality food items that Ralph's does not carry however their prices are high, especially seafood & vegetables which I usually won't but here. Staff & managers are all friendly & accommodating.

Went in to get a cup of coffee one morning. The barista was friendly and got my drink quickly.

The supermarket is clean, open, and has a variety of fruits/vegetables and even some exotic ones. Shelves looked well stocked.

Everything was easy to find. The self-checkout was easy but there were lines otherwise. The selection of freshly made take home and heat meals was impressive. The clerks were helpful and parking was easy. They do offer delivery as well. The hot foods were very good. I tried the habanero ribs and they were amazing!

This review is for Luis in the floral department. We trusted Luis to make our flower arrangements for our wedding because we heard how talented he was. He knocked it out of the park!!! The flowers were gorgeous and some of the prettiest I've ever seen. He did such a great job and helped to put a very special touch on our wedding day. 10/10 would recommend getting wedding florals here from Luis. He did not disappoint and all the flower arrangements he made far exceeded our expectations.

This morning around 8.30am, Aug.10th, was going to return/recycle two bags of bottles (it’s usually a good time with not too many customers or hardly any at all, that’s why I deliberately chose that time) at my local Vons/Pavillion at: 3850 Valley Centre Dr. San Diego 92130.

He/The cashier was very rude, disrespectful with lots of attitude and not service-minded at all. The cashier basically blamed me for bringing in all the recyclable bottles (that i collected from one particular brand that were supposed to give a decent amount back) at the same time. Isn’t that how it’s usually done?!? And he had the nerve to say "it didn’t look good on him"?!! (I assume he referred to himself doing that “type of thing” at the cash register wasn’t appropriate or maybe it was below him. He could have had some other more competent, mature and nicer person assist if it was bothering him so much he had to ruin both my morning and future shopping experiences at that store.

I also wanted cash which he totally ignored basically saying it didn’t “go through” (complete nonsense) I just wanted to leave at this point which I did. Is this how you want your crew and employees to act and behave?

This is a high end pricey but very nice grocery store. The produce is gorgeous. I got sandwiches and love boar's Head so should be yummy

This location has a well lit, clean atmosphere with a friendly Team with an objective To deliver great customer service , a variety of Products to cater to any orientation or event; from your local PTA outing picnick to Granddaughter's graduation party feast or A grand arrangement of freshly hand arranged wedding display to just A morning stroll around the corner to pick
up a freshly brewed Starbucks Coffee as you enjoy your walk witch is my personal favorite:) Really just feels right everytime I walk into the store even for the regular weekly grocery store purchase. Thank you Pavilions for making my moment feel right and making me feel at home:)
