I went into PC Richards for a refrigerator and possibly a washer and dryer. I purchased a refrigerator delivery was perfect refrigerator great during the sale. I left $100 deposit on washing machine and dryer. I end up finding the washing machine and dryer cheaper somewhere else and had it installed . I went back to PC and Richards and asked for my hundred dollars back they said and I quote I had $100 discount for buying two appliances and they could not refund my hundred dollars only $24 because I had a discount for buying multiple appliances. I questioned why this wasn’t told to me during the initial sale or while I was giving $100 for the deposit to hold. He said it’s on the receipt. I said I don’t have a receipt. He then printed this nonsense and said it’s on the receipt and walked away. This was the manager ROB not our sales person saint
