Great place, brought my computer in a couple of times. Both times they fixed it and tried to get me the best price for the parts. They also are friendly and explain the issue your computer are having. They have replaced my fans and add more thermal paste and helped me find a new charging cord.

Drove the 25-30 mins form Roseville. Was well worth the drive. I'm glad to be able to support Jeff and his team. They built my pc and no problems. Plug and play. Down load games and good to go!

I took my computer in to replace the fans, after they were replaced my computers screen would not turn on. I had turned on the screen the day I brought it in to be repaired, and it worked then and had never had problems with its screen before. They tried to fix it for about a month and weren't able to figure out what was wrong. In the end the parts to repair it would have been too expensive (I would have been responsible for the cost despite not being the one who broke it) so I ended up just picking it back up with the nonfunctional screen. I never thought I'd be getting back my computer more broken than when I had brought it in. I wish I had never brought it in in the first place. If I hadnt it might still be functional today and I wouldn't have wasted the money.

Chandler is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful!!! 7 stars! PC Solutions is one of the best companies in Placer County. I will continue to refers others to you. I am taking a few business cards to put on local coffee shops. Thanks again!

A little slow, buzy shop, but they did what I asked them to do. Upfront about pricing. Explained things well.

Chandler brought my computer back to life - absolutely unbelievable! I took my laptop into the store and he quickly figured out what was going wrong with it and had it fixed in less than an hour. I cannot believe the great service. Wish I could give him 10 stars!!

My family has been coming to this shop for years, but this was the first time I needed them for my laptop. I had a broken hinge that made it so I could have shattered my screen if it had not been closed properly, and though there was a mishap on parts not arriving, as soon as they were in, I was able to get in and get same day fixes done. As someone who values her computer more than her phone, I cannot recommend this place enough. Ethical, open and clear communication, and no attempts to belittle or make you feel foolish, this is the perfect place if you need repairs I'll certainly go to them for future needs if any should arise.

I love this pc shop, good prices and great service. I always come here with any computer problems I have and Jeff takes good care of me. Today I came in with some questions and Chandler provided quick, friendly service and got me back up and running in no time. Best in auburn 10/10
