I brought in my 4 year old Peak Design V1 Everyday Backpack into the store today to get it repaired as the zipper on the top popped and cannot close anymore. The store representative Sebastian listened to my plight and to my pleasant surprise, he exchanged my backpack for a brand new V2 as it was under lifetime warranty (I had my original invoice)! He also showed me some neat tricks on the new V2 on securing side flaps! Sebastian was super professional, knowledgeable and courteous and I would highly recommend anyone that is looking for a new backpack to take a look at the Everyday here in person at this store! 4 years with the V1, now looking forward to more years with my newly exchanged V2 pictured here!

So glad I stopped by!
Very neat store, clean, organized, to the point. Stuff was the nicest, very friendly and welcoming.
I happen to be helped by Paul and he was wonderful. Very knowledgeable, professional, suggestive and helpful.
I ended up finding more things that I love and even got explanations and demo on what I purchased earlier online. So helpful!

If there is a brand that defines honesty, customer service, quality products, and forward thinking designs, Peak Design is one of the last ones in America. Think Patagonia but for camera gear and backpacks. I had an issue with a bag during my travel abroad and thought my investment was done for, but I brought it into the store thinking I would need to pay to get it fixed. The store attendant asked me what happened, and proceeded to rectify the situation for me with no cost. Them honoring their lifetime warranty without making it a burden on the customer and nickel and diming people is a true breath of fresh air. Peak Design is a 1000% recommend. Peak service, peak trustworthiness, peak products. That’s Peak Design for you. I’m proud to use your products.

I bought Peak bags for my boyfriend and I to travel with, and it has been a trip-saver. Way easier than other bags I’ve used, because of all the access points. I am very happy with my purchase! The staff was friendly and helpful both times that I went in to the store.

First, shout out to Charlie, who was very nice and very attentive, in a very authentic way. We geeked out on cameras a bit, talked about a couple of different packs and possible upgrade paths. All in all Charlie made us feel very at home.

Coming from the UK and having a few Peak Design bits, taking time out and a longish walk, with my long suffering wife (her poor feet!), was a complete no brainer to me. I was rewarded by great conversation and ultimately, superb customer service.

Whilst I found that my first question about my capture clip seemed to point to operator error, my second question was dealt with decisively and quickly. My 30l Everyday Backpack’s magnets in the strap would come loose after engaging the opposite magnets on the pack itself. As this was a known issue, Charlie arranged an instant replacement. This was, in my mind, unexpected and it really was a great surprise. I must have looked like a kid on Christmas Day!

I was so overwhelmed by the experience, I didn’t have the presence of mind to ask if it was possible to exchange for a different colour! But that’s on me! 😀

Looking forward to buying more Peak Design gear in the future.

Can’t wait for Peak Design to open a store in the UK!? 🙂
