I came to pedego bike shop in upland and I'm part of the family now Pedego bikes are electric bikes that are designed to be fun, comfortable, and powerful. This experience was so awesome! Riding a bike has never been so fun!!! We took our bikes on the Amtrak Surfliner train to San Clemente and rode 40 miles along the coast to Solana Beach! The sights were breathtaking! Never new there were so many beautiful beaches along this route! Oceanside Pier was especially nice! Our next trip will be from Solana Beach to San Diego! Pedego is the only way to ride!!!!

This is a great place, run by wonderful people which whom I appreciate! I rode in off the foothill bike trail with two flat tires. They inspected my bike and recommended the slime inner tubes, and threw in a courtesy break adjustment. If you need a quick repair while riding the foothill trail, go here. They’re not only knowledgeable about bikes but hospitable to their customers providing water and clean restrooms. Thank you for your help AJ and Jerry!!! 10/10

We have two older Pedego bikes, and we love them. They are over 10 years old and still going strong. Over the years, we've had to give them a little TLC to keep them running well. Anytime we have questions or need repairs, we take them to Upland. They are always ready to help and very responsive. We feel very lucky to have a local shop that can not only answer questions and provide explanations but also get you back up and running very quickly. They also repair other bike models, and I've seen people rent and buy numerous bikes from them. The owners are a husband and wife, long-time residents of the area, and we also feel good about helping locally-owned small businesses. Thank you, Upland Pedego.

I bought two bicycles from the Upland location. I recently took my bike in for service because the throttle wasn't functioning properly. It was working intermittently. Jerry ( bike technician) was excellent he replaced my throttle under warranty and completed a tune up. When I arrived to pick up my bike Jerry showed me the tune check list and explained the maintenance he completed in detailed. He encouraged me to test ride my bike before leaving to ensure I was satisfy with the service. I strongly recommend this bike shop to anybody interested in purchasing a pedego bicycle.
