We went on I believe a Mon or Tues, so it was nice and empty. They had some good sales. Picked up a few early Christmas presents for my Dad. Beautiful lakefront location!

Pendleton is a true classic and quality- well worth the money. Sandra was super helpful, this Arrowhead location is great. I’ve been wearing Pendleton for 36 years now my dad, my son and my nephew and bro in law wear them.

Sandra was exceptional! Great service and read our minds on finding matching jackets! Yesenia was patient and helpful with closing us out and finding best deal possible. Thank you both!

As a young man, I owned several Pendleton jackets. Not sure how I afforded them! I couldn't today as an old man. Loved the product and quality seemingly has remained the same. Looked for a clearance table, but none there!

Outstanding customer service! I received just now by the sales team at Lake Arrowhead. One special team leader truly made a difference in my shopping experience today, Yesenia. She demonstrated so much knowledge of the brand and truly goes the extra mile for the clients who shop there. Thanks Yesenia for putting the shopper first!

Service here was on point. I love Pendleton's clothes but I'm always hesitant to get their shirts online cuz I'm a curvy girl and they don't always fit the way I'd like. Sooo I drove up here to spoil myself with a shirt sweater and jackets and I'm so not disappointed. Sandra and her coworkers helped me from the get go! 10/10 would recommend if you're looking for a "treat yourself" moment.

Amazing product but really bad execution of interior retail design. Lazy corner cutting on display all around the shop, unfortunately.
