Pep Boys did a fantastic job fixing a tire leak, changing our oil, and replacing a leaky windshield fluid reservoir all in one day! Very polite, professional, and fun bushed the job in record time. I’d recommend this shop to everyone.

Had a flat tire after work. Ran over a razor. First placed I tried was closed by 6. Luckily, Pep boys closed later. Great customer service and was able to get it repaired quickly. Highly recommend!

The people here are very helpful and do very good work. I’ve been here 8 times in the last 3 years or so and have never had to come back because something was not done right. They get it done and done good.

Here it is, my experience at this establishment.
I took my car in to change the front and rear brake pads,just regular maintenance stuff, nothing crazy.
when I went to pick up my car,the brakes were performing worse than before,not only that,every time I pressed down on the brakes it sounded like metal scraping against metal,which was not an issue prior.
When i complained about the issue ,all I got was really bad and rude attitude.
Terrible costumer service,the employees here have zero skills as any type of mechanic,these are not real mechanics,bootleg wanna be,this is like the Macdonald’s of mechanics.

Turns out they put the brake pads on backwards and all four of my brake rotors got extremely damaged,so I ended up spending more money just to fix something they messed up on.
I had to take my car to a real mechanic to fix what they destroyed, costing me hundreds of dollars,thanks pep boys,your total lack of quality management is a hazard to your costumers.
My advice is,don’t go here.

Horrible service. After advising me that the service was complete and leaving the shop they called me back 40 minutes later to tell me that they never replaced the part (alternator) they just charged my battery. The manager Joe, was rude and said he could have not called me back and just let us go without completing the work that we paid $900 for. It was a horrible situation for us because we were on vacation in CA and waiting for the car to be repaired to drive back home to AZ. Joe is very rude and unprofessional.

***Update: to add to this horrible experience, I just found a snap-on drill and a bracket sitting under the engine . Car is making squeaking noises. Still waiting for customer support.
