Had my dog groomed. I don’t know the gentleman's name that groomed him but he did an amazing job. Best haircut he’s ever had. In all my years of having a Yorkie groomed this is the only place other than a place in Texas that I used to take my dog to.

We took out dogs in for a wash. Everything that was needed fit the DIY from was provided.

There were two bathing bays in the room. There was a nice selection of bath products, towels and brushes. High velocity blow dryer at both stations. Aprons so you dry.

I booked my Yorkie for a bath and trim and she came back shaved! I am not happy! She had a small matted spot on one of her ears and one spot on the top of her head but NONE on her body at all and now she’s completely shaved like a Chihuahua!!

Not the place to take big puppies at all! They had him for about 4 hours. The girl said they did a dematting, but literally shaved his back and front paws. My dog looks sick and like he was homeless. Then she proceeded to say he needed more training to calm him down. He’s not an aggressive dog at all what-so ever and he loves people! I’m more concerned about what went on behind closed doors with my 7 month old pup!

Took my Golden Retriever in for a groom today and he looks great! The groomer was so sweet and patient with my skittish pup! Prices were also a plus... Very reasonable! Highly recommend!

Took my rescued German shepherd in for grooming with Jewel. I was extremely nervous about having him groomed but she was so patient in listening to my concerns regarding his history of possible abuse. After assuring me she would go slow and only do what he’d allow, I was very comfortable leaving him with her. My dog was happy when I picked him up and Jewel did a fantastic job.

The store is always clean and the employees are very helpful and friendly.

Dom is the one of the best groomers I’ve taken my pup to! He did such a good job and exalt what I asked for! She’s a labradoodle, and I do brush her almost daily and try keep her coat free of matting so that she won’t need a shave.
