I dropped my iPhone yesterday and completely smashed the back glass. I was super bummed. Today, I happened to find a repair shop at the mall and decided to give it a shot. I couldn’t be happier with the results!

Every time I get service here I am 100% satisfied! I always come for glass screen protectors and they place it the best with no air bubbles guaranteed! They also do an amazing job at replacing screens! Pushy. Tried to get me in upgrades when I came in for a screen repair. Installed screen protector I thought was part of service and then charged me 24.99 for it. Tried to push me into buying a phone case by putting my phone in it to "show me" and tried to ring it up. I told him no. Then he asked me to leave a review and tried to navigate me to where to leave a review in Google, and even clicked 5 stars on my screen while I was standing with him and he tried to make me post the review. I walked away while typing to avoid feeling pushed to give a 5 star review very uncomfortable.

Hello good ppl
After I saw their ratings on Google, I was here to get myself a screen protector and I saw this guy who was working here was forcing the customer to give them a review ( the lady was at their store for battery replacement, I guess) . Even though she was hesitant he was like taking her phone from her hand and posting reviews. Pathetic, unprofessional,creepy representative. Will never go here again, as soon as I saw this I just left

Shornob helped “fix” my phone but I’ve had nothing but problems after they touched it and he force me to write a five star review by making me uncomfortable.

They refused to fix the problem unless I PAY them more money for their mistake and they told me to come back later because “he couldn’t help me”
