Went in with sons I phone not charging. Wasn’t sure how much it would cost or how long it would take. They took it back and simply said it needed cleaning. They could have charged us to replace the port but only for a cleaning. Honest people and I recommend them 100%!

Feel like I won the Phone lottery. I was pretty sure I had killed my iPhone X (fell from car roof to asphalt). Screen would not light up, protective glass completely opaque from cracks, same for phone screen. The shop was bright, clean, had retail items well displayed, and felt both professional & welcoming. Chris was speaking with another customer but acknowledged me and indicated he’d be right with me with a hand gesture. He asked a few questions and checked my phone for power (which seemed undamaged), said he felt all I needed was a new front glass (which he had in stock) and quoted an a fair an reasonable price. He also let me know if after he got it open; he discovered other things were needed he would wait for approval before proceeding.
Overall, he and another tech Dorsley, were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and FAST! I’m going back today to see about another issue and have recommended this shop to several friends already. If I could give MORE stars, I would for sure. Thanks guys! I salute you!

I went in on Saturday afternoon with my iPhone 11 Pro Max, screen completely inoperable. But, the gentleman who assisted me was very polite, respectful & very knowledgeable. He told me a hour for the job, but he actually completed it much faster than the time advised! Very quick and proficient in his profession!

I cannot recommend this store enough. And I have to give all the credit to Mila. From the first phone call asking questions to the very end, she went above and beyond to be sunshine in human form. She was kind, knowledgeable, attentive, and reassuring. I went in for a cracked back screen. While they were fixing my screen, they noticed that my flash was also ripped up, so they ordered the part to replace it. i brought my phone in the next day, and they repaired it for free. By the end, my front screen was showing lines down the middle, and they proceeded to replace the front screen as well free of charge. I’ve never received such amazing customer service before. Not only are the prices the best around, but the customer service is absolutely unmatched.
