Great place to find deals on apple products such as watches, phones, and laptops. My kids iPads have been fixed twice here and just purchased a series 8 watch for the low. Love the workers and how helpful they are. I definitely recommend this location. Thank you Marissa, Mateo and one more young fellow that was there. You made it an easy and smooth purchase

I had an excellent experience with Phone Hub. They were very courteous, knowledgeable and patient with me during the process of replacing my severe damaged phone including transferring over all the data to the new one. They supported me for several days after the transfer and allowed me time-frame me to check acces all my apps. Phone Hub is my go to place to have phones and computers fixed.

I'm giving this a 1-star rating due to the incredibly poor quality of work and the store's refusal to address their mistakes. About 4 months ago, I had my iPhone screen replaced. Now, just 4 months later, the entire screen is coming off, causing the phone to malfunction. I took it back to the store, expecting them to honor their work, but instead, I was told I'd have to pay full price to replace the screen again. Their excuse? "We can’t fix this under warranty because this is physical damage." This is absolute nonsense. The only crack on the phone is on the screen protector, which happened when I was trying to remove it because I thought it was causing the issue. But as I pulled off the screen protector, I quickly realized it was the entire screen lifting off! This was obviously a rushed and sloppy job, and it’s clear they don't care about the quality of their work or their customers.

Very nice people otherwise and they work very quickly for low prices, but you get what you pay for.
