I couldn’t be happier with the service I received at Phone Techs! They went above and beyond to get my computer back up and running. The staff was incredibly friendly, and I was impressed by how promptly they addressed my issue. The price was more than fair, especially considering the amount of effort they put into fixing my system. If you need a reliable, professional, and reasonably priced tech repair shop, look no further!

James was an excellent tech! T-mobile told me I would lose all of my pics txts and data due to my phone having a black screen that 'wasn't repairable'. I called James and told him my issue and he got me right in. Low and behold he saved and transferred everything on my old phone to the new one without a problem and the price was super reasonable. He periodically checked in with me to give me status on my repair and couldn't be more professional. Customer service seems to be dead these days but not with these guys, I would highly recommend Phone Techs and James for your cell repairs. THANK YOU!!

I want to give a special shout out to James who saved me a lot of frustration! He knows his stuff and is very helpful. He kept me informed and made sure I was satisfied with my service at little to no time for a very affordable price!

Good customer service here and even are willing to give free advice and save you money! My keyboard was sticky in a small part and the worker taught me a trick to try at home and i was able to resolve the issue and save myself some money

I went to phone techs to have them fix my completely shattered screen. James got it fixed within an hour and helped me find a new protective case while I was there….Very reasonable pricing, quick turnaround, amazing customer service. I will definitely use them again.

This was the nicest service I’ve had in a very long time! I took in my baby monitor because it was not holding its charge cord. He explained everything he would do to assess, called me later to let me know my options, and fixed it within the same day. He was very kind and I would definitely return for service again!
