Good people, in my situation parts for my older phone were delayed (no fault to the repair guys, shipper issue)
The technicians were kind, gracious, and professional. In most cases folks got their equipment fixed quickly without issues, my case was an outlier and even with the issues that frustrated both I and the technicians at the end day, they did me right.
If I ever have further issues with my devices I will definitely be returning for their expertise and professionalism for my devices repairs.

Great service! You can tell they care about your electronic needs, regardless of what you're going to pay. I came in with something stuck in my charger port, and he fixed it and helped me so quickly. They made me feel like I was valuable and important. Seems dramatic for a phone store, but hard to come by good customer service now a days.

Mike was great. I thought the charging port on my phone was broken, but Mike was able to get a bunch of pocket lint out of the port and now it charges with no issues, all for no charge. 100% recommend.

My iPhone wasn’t charging. I figured loose connection that would cost me some cash. Took it in and in less than 5 minutes they had it charging! Thanks guys for cleaning it out good and not charging me anything at all!
