I can't say anything negative about PhoneFix in Carson City Nevada, only very positive things about EXCELLENT customer service.
I had a new screen installed on an old phone, and the customer service was outstanding. After a minor problem with another phone, I left my phone to be repaired. I was told it would only be a few hours to be ready. Meanwhile, I received a message that the work was under way. This was reassuring while I taking care of other errands, etc.
Great price, friendly people. If I need phone repair again, I will definitely be going back to PhoneFix Carson City.

I brought in a cellphone with a damaged screen, in an hour and a half it was fixed and the owner also put screen protectors on two phones plus I bought a case for my new one.
Prompt service!
Their prices overall are great- especially their phones for sale.
I will do business with them again.

Brought in an old Galaxy s10 with a broken screen today. I dont know how long it took to fix but it was ready when I went in after work. That phone is very important to my wife because of reasons. They offer a data retrieval which I am sure is awesome and would have worked but I wanted the phone fixed. They had the screen in stock. They are super awesome!!!! I have a cracked screen on my s23 and I will be taking that in to get fixed in a few weeks. They are going to be my go to for tech repair. Super nice people work there as well

I went in and the service was extremely good. The price was reasonable and the fixed my cracked screen on my s24 ultra within 1 hr and my phone came great. I also made the mistake of over tipping him 479 the price of what the phone was to fix. The manager was honest and called me to come back in and refund the mistake. I would recommend them. Because of there honesty and how good they treated me.

I took my phone in to get repaired. It’s a work phone so I needed it back quickly as I received calls all day long on it. They had it back to me within an hour and a half cleaned up and repaired order. The repair was very inexpensive and considering a new phone is over $1000 I was very happy with the cost. I would highly recommend them to anybody who is looking to fix a phone or any computer equipment.

Excellent customer service, repair, and decent price. My wife has broken her screen, on her S23, twice. The combined costs of each repair has been much less than the cost of a new phone. Each repair has taken less than a couple of hours and the finished product looks and responds as if new.
