My wife loves Christmas! Well January I dropped my phone in a flume losing a lot of pictures over the last 4 years and the most recent Christmas festivities (our hearts were broken). 2 days ago at the end of the same flume that I dropped my phone in, I came across a broken and water damaged phone picking it up i realize it’s my phone! Trying to decide what to do to get pictures off of it or if it was even possible, I ended up taking it in to a phone store. The next morning I get a phone call from Derek at PhoneSmart stating that my phone was severely rusted but to his amazement he was able to recover all of the data off the phone. He went above and beyond staying at the office till 2am. He said he never leaves a device if he is able to get it to power up. I am beyond amazed by his service. I was able to get all my pictures which is the best Mother’s Day present for my wife that she has pictures of our kids with Santa from Christmas. Not all devices can get data off of I am aware I am just happy he was able to get ours!

Very friendly, very good service, only recommend getting some tvs in the store because it’s kinda boring sitting doing nothing without a phone but 5 stars other than that.

Dropped my phone screen on my son's army man, cracked it in two places. Called at 530p, came in the next day and ordered the screen, less than a week later my phone is good as new!! Will definitely come back if another device needs fixing.

Owner is super nice and knowledgeable. Got my tablet back in shape for a reasonable cost and pretty fast.

I had a hdmi port issue on my xbox series x and if anyone saw the videos on how to repair it is a long process and requires huge skill..but the owner and worker Derek has been able to fix it for a low and reasonable price,when i called to check in, he answered and gave me a good update boosting my confidence in this store l. I highly recommend Phonesmart because they helped me out a lot by repairing my xbox, Derek, if your reading this I just want to say thank you for your help you've been amazing.

He answered the phone right away when I called to asked about fixing my phone. He said it was fine to bring the phone in right then and there! He ordered the part and had it fixed in 2 days. Good price, super friendly and professional ? ?
