This used to be a great yard. Low prices, clean, a buck to get in. Now it's a mess. $5 to get in. There is no order in the yard at all. All makes models and chassis mixed together in complete chaos. Parts are all over the ground. It's literally dangerous to even walk around. Cars are falling off the stands and some rows are so close together that walking down them would be impossible carrying a toolbox. Save your time and money and buy on eBay if you can wait a day or so. After time, admission and paying for the part it might be cheaper to buy the part new in a store.

I think it’s funny how more than half of the bad reviews are misspelled. It’s a junkyard. Read that over again. It’s a JUNKYARD. You unappreciative costumers are the reason it’s closing down. Now let’s see how you all find parts for your rust buckets in the whole Coachella valley. You guys leave bad reviews. But can never leave the staff you demand perfect service and assistance with a tip. It’s called pick your part. Not “ we pick your parts for free”. And those who cry about a entrance fee. It’s been 5$ for more than 2years. And most of you don’t even pay. But rather steal the parts. Than continue to complain about the cost of parts. As if you were gonna pay for them to begin with

Its alright if you need a specific part but you might just be better off ordering parts online. Half the cars are just barely supported in the air and Ive even found used needles in some cars. Then the prices are insane, I bought a rear end for an s10 and it ran me about 350 bucks and they wanted to charge me 40 extra dollars for used brake drums.

I got scammed here saying my card didn’t go through and I’ll receive a refund but never did get the refund, and basically charged me twice. one with card then with cash because he wasn’t letting me leave after charging me with my card, and didn’t receive a refund. so instead of $161.53 I paid $323.06 for my parts, that was in November 29th it’s now December 30th & still no refund. stay away from this place

charged me 1 part as 2, way overpriced, and got charged twice to enter once 5 dollars cash at the door and another 5 dollars when i went to purchase my parts listed on the receipt as a admission fee. for 4 parts over $200 so if you are looking for parts check the prices on the website because it’s likely you can find your part NEW for cheaper. and they will charge you $1.10 for each and every bolt and an extra $.30 for each bolt on top for a warranty on a junkyard part.

Edit: so much for "making things right." I sent an email to the email address provided and I received no response. They replied to this review so the "apology" is public while having zero interest in actually fixing the issue. End of Edit

I drove over 100 miles to get there, paid the fee to get in, got my part and got in line well before closing time. Despite all that, the people who were supposed to help me check out actively ignored me then finally acknowledged me when it was time to close and told me to get out leaving me unable to buy my part.

The yard has greatly improved along with inventory tracking.

Management has finally done the right thing with entrance fee. The fee is now credited to any purchase.

Recommend that hours be changed to 7am opening during the summer between May 15th and September 15th. Reason being, by 9am the yard is frying pan.

Open at 8am between September 15th and May 15th. This would be nice, and most people who work on cars like to get started early.

I remember when this place was great. I would get a little excited on my way there like a trip to Disneyland as a kid. Now I get sad and irritated. I know that it's going to be a pain in the butt to get whatever I need and it's gonna cost me almost as much as ordering a new part anyways. I make sure I check and double check costs on the website for every bracket, nut, screw and clip because they are going to charge you for it. It's an hour of research online every time just to decide if it's worth going. I need a driver's mirror for a pontiac rn and the research verdict is....autozone has a better price. I miss End of the Road, wish LKQ would gtfo. I did get a discontinued mounting brace for a chassis awhile back on short notice, it was 20 bucks for a single 8" long piece of metal, but it was same day and client was happy to pay it, so 2 stars but still don't like em.
