Exceptional place- 3 cuts above the rest!!!!
I stopped in on a hope and a prayer I could get some help with an issue I had with a cargo basket on the back of my Jeep while traveling from CA to NJ.
Tracy and Louis DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!!!. They not only helped me without question, Tracy literally stopped his lunch break to look at the job. The basket had broken a weld (Amazon crap) and was scraping on the ground. I was 7 hours into a 50 hour driving journey, very far away from home, and frankly a litte bit desperate being a woman traveller. I expected to pay out the nose. I EXPECTED TO BE RIPPED OFF. I EXPECTED TO BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF... AND TO MY SURPRISE THIS DID NOT HAPPEN. Tracy and Louis not only helped me, but eased my worries for the road ahead. I'm not sure why anyone would ever complain about these guys, but things happen and you can't please everyone. If I could give them 10 stars, I would in a heartbeat.
HIGHT RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE. Thank you Tracy and Loius for your help, good nature, and honest business practice. Your kindness is more than appreciated, and will never be forgotten. All the best for the future and continued success!!!!

They put my camper shell on my pick up.. sure enough the shell moved! And missed up my paint on the side of my pick up n tail gate.. went back n showed him dude was hella rude! Won’t go back and if u can stay away from this place! I want to shop local and this is how local businesses treat u! I payed him up front for the camper shell and side steppers! So he should’ve been more helpful..

I loved Tracy there. I called him a week in advance to discuss what I wanted and it already had my mind made up by the time I got there. I knew exactly what I want because Tracy took the time to answer my questions over the phone. He's very knowledgeable and will honestly tell you what his experience has been with a product instead of trying to upsell you. He would rather be honest and give you what you need than try to make an extra dollar off you. That is customer service that thinks ahead of the game. I will be picking up my camper shell and bed rug in roughly 3 weeks 🙂

I stopped in cold with a camper shell problem. Tracy made a hole for me in the store schedule. When I came back, his tech fixed my problem in 10 minutes. When I asked 'how much?' he said 'forget it.' Guess where I'll be going to buy anything I need for my pickup in the future?
