I'd come here even if I was just having a bad day and wanted a welcoming space to be in. Bryant stayed approachable and giving me any advice I needed whenever I randomly thought of something else. I only came in to check for the perfume and ended up getting help with things i've been wanting for a while. 30 minutes later, and Bryant is still so bright and giving me all of the tips and tricks I can use with each product. I know my new favorite place to shop <3

I highly recommend making this your go to beauty stop. Not only does it have a ton of top quality products and tools but the staff here are super knowledgeable and informative while also being friendly and engaging! I know that sounds like a hard plug, and sorry not sorry it is. The store ALWAYS has deals like really good bogos (Buy One Get One), 20-30% of great (expensive) brands, and deep markdowns on special items that are always amazing finds. I save at least $10 every single time I go into the store and literally HOURS of my life I would have spent “researching products” which is actually just reading through online marketing and promoting and fake reviews that companies put out trying to figure out which product is right for me. Save yourself the time, go talk to the expert team that works here; actual people (lovely nice people who smile and listen) and they’ll give you an actual honest and informed opinion/recommendation for the product your looking for in all different price ranges. Just had another successful (and fun) visit there today, thanks again for all your help, Bryant!

I have never been happier with any service at a beauty store than I have been with the service at this Planet Beauty. I told Tammy that I suffer from Psoriasis and she recommended the most incredible shampoo and conditioner that have helped so much with my condition. Zachary was also extremely helpful- helping me find the perfect concealer (it’s Frankie Rose & it’s the best!) as well as Ava Treatment Oil for my scalp. I am quite happy that I’ve located this Planet Beauty. Bravo for GREAT customer service!
