I couldn't figure out how to scan my id at the kiosk another customer had to show me , not the 2 non busy employees that were standing right in-front of me and acted like I was non existent

They couldn't quote me how much I'd get for all my clothes through the phone, so I had to drive down 40 min to pick them up and didn't get a lot back

The reason they said they didn't buy a lot of my clothes was because they already had a lot of clothes in stock -- okay well then why accept clothes in the first place ?

When I received my bags they had stickers that they placed that peeled off horribly and now I have sticker residue on my tote bags.

Total waste of time. Employee's work ethic and the store quality is crap. First and last time selling with them

I had discussed the reviews with friends in town and decided to keep an open mind and visit this evening. I was greeted when I entered and thought “this a good sign”. I found a handbag and a backpack located in front of store on a rack that displayed a “detailed” 50% off sign. When I was at checkout I was told they were in fact not on sale and they had to display a “yellow” clearance tag. NONE of the items on that rack had a yellow tag and I questioned the sales associate. She proceeded to tell me that the sign was there to “depict” what was going on in the store at that time with the pricing. CLEARLY this is an unacceptable practice and should be alleviated immediately. It is very deceptive to place a sign ON A RACK and then tell a customer that the sign does not pertain to the items below! I asked where the clearance bags were and the sales associates could not give me a straight answer. I have been a retail manager for 25 plus years and have seen it all. This by far tops the charts on deceiving the customer. Needless to say I will not be back. The owners need to be aware of this kind of practice…NOT GOOD

Although you dont get much for your items its way better then throwing them out! I dont know if i would sell again but the clothes they had for sale are cute!

This place is kind of a joke in terms of thrifting. The people they have deciding what’s in style have zero fashion sense. I mean…they have SHEIN clothing on the racks and they turn away good quality items. Just because something is disgustingly trendy doesn’t mean it’s good fashion.
Most importantly, the customer service is absolutely horrible. Unless you want to experience passive aggressiveness, skip this one.

I left the store feeling completely satisfied with my purchases and the level of service I received. It's clear that this store doesn't just sell clothes; they offer a shopping experience that's a cut above the rest. I'll definitely be returning and recommending this gem to all my friends!

Zero difference in quality compared to any other thrift store in town. Terrible customer service from all 3 attendants behind the counter. It’s a shame it takes you all 4+ hours to go through items for sale.

Took in items to sell and only took like 4 things from what I brought in, some of my items were brand new with tag and they still passed. Took in a brand new purse and they only wanted to give me $1 for it. I messaged Plato’s on Instagram to ask if there accepting a specific brand for purses and they said yes, I take it in to sell and they still pass on it brand new without the tags. Employees need to work on there customer service because it was terrible. If you plan on selling here you’d have better luck somewhere else with better pay. And if you plan on buying here don’t because it’s so overpriced.
