Excellent customer service as Andy and his employee sold me an electric wheelchair lift and installed for me. Always stayed in touch. Great communication. Great price and wonderful personality. Now I can actually get out of the house with my electric wheelchair and have freedom. I will surely buy from this business again 👍👍

Plaza Home Care was such a pleasant experience. I rented a wheelchair for my sister and they made things incredibly easy. I called and rented it much earlier than I actually needed it. They called to remind me of the dates and about tgeir hours for pick up. They also texted and reminded me of when it was due back. I Love that! Very friendly. Came out to my car to help me load and unload. Wonderful experience. Will be using them again!

Plaza Home Care in Villa Rica, GA is
Top-Notch! It is the only entity I have found who is close enough and supplies all you could possibly need for elderly care. My parents are 89 and 87, and even though they are still in great shape they do have a little difficulty walking a long distance. I have rented wheelchairs for both my parents when we visit my brother whom now resides in a VA Home. It’s a long walk to his wing at the home, and I know without a doubt they would not be able to physically walk the distance, so without the Plaza Home Care their visits to my brother would not be possible. The employees at Plaza Home Care are so understanding and help you in every way they can. Prices are extremely affordable as well. I have used this company twice now and have always been very greatful for their care and concern on my behalf!

Great experience! Andy was friendly, helpful and most importantly knowledgeable. He helped me with a C-pap machine, fully explained how to use it and helped with selecting the right mask for me. Got home, set everything up within minutes and no problems. Thank you, Andy!

I can't say enough good about this company, they are awesome! Super friendly from the moment we stepped through the door even though we were unsure about making the purchase. They explained the product I was looking at thoroughly, didn't pressure us into making any decisions or purchases and explained our options. We left to think about it and came back that afternoon to make the purchase. Would definitely recommend and if I need anything else this is where I'll be going.
