When I came in, I was told that there was either an issue with the battery or the motherboard. I paid 150 dollars for an "advanced diagnosis". 150 dollars and 2 days later they had come to the conclusion that the problem was either the battery or the motherboard. They then suggested I buy another battery to diagnose the problem myself. Staff were polite, but they took my money without making any headway into the problem. If there's an issue that can't be solved by restarting the computer, I don't recommend them.

They are awesome. They give an estimate before hand and get approvals before making any repairs. They set expectations regarding the repair too. I have gone there for multiple laptop related issues, and they were able to successfully fix all of them in a timely manner.

Excellent support !!! My laptop was very old and system became slow & fan was not working. They did understood the issue and did the thermal clean up of system and changed the fan to make it work. I was pretty much satisfied with the quality of work handled by them. I would definitely recommend Pleasanton computer repair for your needs !!

Gabe and his team did a great job recovering the data from my crashed mac hard drive. I had several follow up issues that they also handled without charging me. I have been going to Pleasanton Computer Repair for over 5 years. I love Gabe and the team. They are fast, don't cost an arm and a leg and always fix any problem I have. I just dropped off my son's computer today so they can install their webroot anti virus protection. Jessica
