I just ordered Polly UCA’s for my Tacoma and they showed up two days later still yet to install and test out but the packaging was very nice and secure even coming with installation instructions. The UCA’s look great as well can’t wait to install and get em dirty. I don’t know what everyone is talking about with the ordering problems but mine was a very straight forward simple process and my package arrived surprisingly fast

I tried ordering a set of shocks and was declined due to credit card fraud for no apparent reason. I called Poly Performance and an employee couldn’t provide me with a specific reason for the decline and told me to call my bank to get my money back. Spent the next week trying to get my money back and eventually did with some difficulty. I then called again before repurchasing to confirm my order wouldn’t be cancelled a second time to which an employee ensured me it wouldn’t. I ordered the same products again and was declined again for no reason. I was drawn to this company for its Black Friday deals but was overall a very difficult and disappointing experience leading me to shop elsewhere.

Every time I've ordered from Poly Performance it has been an awesome experience. They are almost always running some kind of sale, and they carry so many parts! I can order almost everything I need for my Jeep projects all in one place.

I had a small issue with my order this last time, and the owner of the company personally messaged me and took care of me right away! He took the time to message me after business hours, and make sure I was happy, the customer service here is amazing!

Ordered a set of eibach upper control arms from them for my 08 lexus gx470. They came as SPC upper control arms. April 8th was when it was ordered, they emailed me on April 11 telling me it was going to be a 1-2 week wait time which I thought was strange why they didn't have it in stock. After multiple exchanges over the email of asking for follow ups and updates, it finally got shipped on july3rd and delivered July 5th.
Their customer services are poor and they sell products that are not readily available. I would not recommend buying from them. They kept blaming Eibach for pushing back on product availability date which was very poor (and it's not even an eibach product, it's SPC) of them as a business. No apologies or anything to accommodate my time wasted dealing with them. I strongly suggest buying from someone else

They had the parts I needed IN STOCK! While shopping around, I was suggested to go check their site and sure enough, competitive pricing, parts in stock, and an easy to use website. I’ll definitely be back to do business with them again.

I ordered a fox steering stabilizer from poly performance, when i received it in the mail it was missing all the hardware for it. I reached out to them to get this resolved. They proceeded to question me like i was in the wrong. I told them I no longer wanted this corrected by them, and I wanted return the stabilizer and my money refunded. They then told me that they don't cover return shipping cost, even though this was an error on their part. So I ended up paying the 20 dollars to return it, which isn't a whole lot of money but the companies customer service is garbage. They told me they would be willing to compensate me for the shipping on my next order... Why would someone be willing to risk ordering from your company again? I would not recommend using this company.

A awesome place they know their suspension they know their performance when they start talking about spring rates and algebra and calculus yeah thank you just for your help today that sounds so funny. His name is just and I'm assuming they're all as smart as he is and I highly suggest any type of consumer needs purchasing needed go to poly performance for all your needs they're awesome
