Amazing service and great people. Kirin and adam are the most genuine dudes in Ventura. They are a smaller shop hut they have always been willing to inform and service anything question or concern and MOST OF ALL they make everyone feel comfortable especially the people i have recommended. Countless times I’ve entered gun stores and got some sort of condescending attitude or impatience. Maybe its due to how young i look, how i dress or even look but praxis makes me feel at home and ive spent hours in the store just shooting the shit with both adam and kirin and have never felt uncomfortable or rushed to leave. Cant recommend this spot enough and if you had a bad experience here youre probably a weirdo

Honestly the best store with the best support hands down. If people have had a bad experience they should really go to any other shop. I feel like family here every time. If I need something transferred I’m not looked at someone that doesn’t make the shop money, I have had this happen at other shops. After coming only a few times I feel like family!

There's something about this store that's just plain odd. The owner was never present all three visits I made. it doesn't feel like your getting helped by professionals. I ordered a gun over the phone with specific options and the owner just ordered what was easier for him. It's like this gun store is just some casual hobby.

I’m not going to let a feminine looking guy who I didn’t expect to work at a gun store let me down. Telling me I have small hands meanwhile he said nothing to the guy next to me who pointed the owners gun at him when he showed us it. Claims I’m not qualified to work here. Good grief you let me go after seeing the true reviews of this place. Being experienced 7+ years with shooting I won’t let a guy who shoots with cat ears tell me otherwise to make himself feel better. Look somewhere else folks

Stopped by, as I heard a new shop opened in town a few months back. The shop's set-up is clean and arranged like no other. Seriously impressed! Cody was very helpful in picking out an optic for my new AR-15 build; fantastic customer service. I'll definitely be doing business with them again soon!

I called here on Friday to ask if they had a certain CZ pistol in stock. They did not, but I was told it could be ordered, and that they would give me a matched or even better price than an online store. I got the call Tuesday morning that it had arrived, and Kirin gave me an incredible deal. Only LGS I've found which will actually price match! I've officially found my new favorite store.
