I can’t speak to his repair performance, but in my experience of the interaction, the vibe so to speak, was not good. So only pay attention to this review if you care about rewarding your dollars to places that meet you with a good attitude. There are many of these repair places. He just happens to be one of the first hits on Google likely because the requisite affiliate marketing fees have been paid. He definitely wasn’t a charmer or a ray of sunshine. Maybe he was having a bad day so I wouldn’t want to give him a 1-star or be too harsh. I went during opening hours, but you have to book an appointment which wasn’t at all clear to me. My problem was that my iPhone stopped charging. Precision Repair did not offer the service of replacing the phone jack connection. However, you can pay $35 for the service of cleaning the jack of your phone to see if it will work again, but no charge if that doesn’t work. If you need that service, I’d opt for YouTube and try doing it yourself first

I brought him an iphone 13 mini to change the screen, when I got it back the cell service wouldn't work anymore, we tried different screens but it didn't fix the issue. So he refunded PART of my money and said sorry for the issue. I especially paid him to break my phone. I don't think he knows much about phones and only knows what youtube has shown him. I wouldn't recommend.

Great communication and even better service. He repaired the broken screen in about 40 minutes and when I needed a follow-up repair, he schedule me back same next day and fixed it again at no charge.
