Absolutely the worst place to take your watches and jewelry! Poor customer! Broke the crown on my watch and damaged gasket but would not take responsibility. Staff absent from the kiosk most of the time and outright lied about the status of my watch! Had to make multiple trips just to get my watch back! Beware of this establishment!

I was able to call, walk right into the mall and get batteries replaced in two watches. This location is in the very center of Cumberland Mall and easy to get to, ground floor, nearest Starbucks. Very good service!
