Bought this double sided dodger jacket couple months ago. Used it 3 times, on the cool blue dodger side where all the championships are, the sewing exactly on left and right side completely fell apart. Went back and worker told me it was on the clearance side but spent 110$ on it. Pretty messed up I would say.

Pro Image in Topanga is the place to shop for all of your sports gear. I travel all the way out from Orange County to this location. Their staff is friendly and accommodating to my needs. They go above and beyond to get me what I need in a timely manner. Besides that, the store is sparkling clean and very organized by teams to make it easier for you to make a quick selection. You know those stores where the employees are breathing down your neck trying to pressure you into buying something you don't want? Not here at all. Stress free zone where you don't feel like your being chased for your buck. If anything, they listen to what you are looking for to help put the final touch on your purchase.

So I went into Pro Image Sports in Topanga Mall to purchase a New York Giants Saquon Barkley jersey. I was purchasing it for my son whom was meeting me in Kansas City for the Monday Night Football game on November 1, 2021. The jersey did not fit, so he could not wear it on game day.

Went back to the store and spoke to the store manager Jose, I asked for a refund and he informed me that they do not give refunds and that it is also stated on the receipt. I asked for the Regional managers name and he said there was no Regional manager. I asked for a name in Corporate he stated he did not have a name for a person in corporate.

This is very suspect, how does a "store manager" not have a name of someone in Corporate or Regional that an upset customer can speak to or talk to about their refund policy.

I have been in Customer service for over 30 years and a Director of a Fortune 500 company and regardless of what is stated in company policy the number one goal in customer service is to ensure the customer is satisfied so they will return and not tell 10 friends of their negative customer experience.

Well I am telling you my closest 10 friends that will listen.

WARNING!!! STAY AWAY FROM PRO IMAGE SPORTS IN TOPANGA MALL!!!!!

After a day of doing research come to find out Jose is part owner. He never once mentioned that he only stated, "Go ahead and call Corporate." In my opinion this makes this whole experience more sinister. If the owner treats customers the way Jose did, there is no hope for this location hopefully the $164.25 is worth having unhappy customers NEVER going to visit or suggest this location to anyone that will listen.

Pro Image is the place to go when you are looking for shirts, shorts, jackets etc with your favorite teams logos. They have a large variety including college teams as well. Prices are pretty reasonable and staff is friendly, without being pushy.
