The Puma outlet store in Vacaville Premium Outlets is much better and bigger than its old location a couple of years ago. The shoes and clothing they carry are still colorful and of good quality. The employees are polite and attentive. I did not purchase stuff here every time, but I do want to check them out!

I came here two days in a row. Both experiences were great and associates were helpful except one.

Front of the store enticed me with an UP to 60% off. I bought some shoes that were 50% off. Deal was so good I went back the next day. Associates were very helpful trying to locate sizes and stuff I needed and offered to check the computer for sizes not on the shelf. I didn't even have to ask for that. On my last visit I was going to buy another pair of shoes. Associate rings it up full price. It was a similar line as the ones I bought the previous day so I inquired about the sale being applicable to this pair.

I'm a customer, I don't know what is new or old etc. Hell, there weren't even signs on ANY of the shoes indicating pricing and what the sale applied too. The prior day surprised me with the 50% off the first pair. This was why I went back. Anyways... The associate at the counter was nice but when she asked what I assumed to be her supervisor about my inquiry on the sale... Well the supervisor was rude. She got attitude and had this presumptuous tone saying that the shoe was new and that the sale doesn't apply. First off, I asked because of my prior purchase. It's a valid question. I didn't have an attitude or raised my voice. I started retail... I know the job can bad. But girl you got attitude problems.

So to the Hispanic lady with the cheap drug store burgundy hair dye, chill your attitude. Nobody else in your store has your problem. You don't like your job? Go fold clothes at Kohl's instead.

The staff are nice & helpful. I was glad they had my size today. I like Puma style. 8/20/19: 1 of the sneakers I just bought I don't like. I did not know most are not made of real leather. The sneakers don't feel good, & it hurts my toe. It's basically a plastic sneaker that bends poorly!

Just left the store two minutes ago and Andrea rung us up. We just asked a question about why the price is different when they were there same price and same discount. She gave us hella attitude, rolled her eyes, just because we asked a question. People like her shouldn’t be working in any customer service job. Not to mention my fiancé is 8 months pregnant and we don’t need attitude from a retail worker for no reason.

The staff at this store is super nice and helpful but the manager Andrea does not deserve her position as a manager. She thinks she is a manager and can speak anyone the way she prefers. My child run across the store to the other side while I was trying my shoes on and I was right behind her to grab Andrea proceeded to yell and say grab her or I will ask you to leave. Apparently Andrea doesn’t have kids and doesn’t understand that kids are meant to run around. I spent over $200 at this place and the amount of attitude she had was just out the roof. I wish the owner or upper management sees this and takes appropriate action and needs to hire a manager that understands meaning of a manager. I have friends and family that come here all the time but for sure will drive the extra miles and go to different puma store.

I never ever saw any staff like her. We were with kids and she was very rude with us only because of our kids. She don’t know how to talk with guests. One free advice you guys must write in front door that no kids allow.

Kinda the worst ever? Not the employees but this brand never fails to disappoint and I keep having to warn my friend off of it, so I figured it’s google review worthy lmao

Not a huge selection and the aisles are so small it's hard to try your shoes on so if you're claustrophobic this isn't the place for you. If you're looking for kids shoes this isn't the place. Super friendly staff which makes the experience worth wile. Good discounts for sure!
