Walking around healdsburg today and stopped by Punch and the staff were SO helpful and sweet. Ending up helping me find the perfect outfit for my event. They have clothes for all ages & any occasion. Thank you Punch, 100% recommend to check them out.

I was shopping today and witnessed Paulina and her staff handle an extremely rude customer with professionalism, kindness and empathy. Wesley seemed to be having a bad day for himself and was taking it out on the staff. I have shopped here many times over the years and have always had a very pleasant experience. Their items are high quality, the staff has always greeted me with a smile. They are always helpful, patient and kind. Thank you for being such a wonderful place to shop at. I wish I could give MORE stars!

My favorite store in Sonoma County! I always have the best time while I’m shopping at Punch. The girls there always go above and beyond to help and make my shopping experience the best it could be. They have all the best brands that are AMAZING quality and will last you for years! It’s hard to find such good quality items nowadays, but not here. If you are looking to shop for amazing quality and trendy stuff definitely come here.

While some of the clothes seem cute, the prices don’t correspond with their worth. Extremely overpriced and not worth buying a romper for $100+ when you can get a better quality elsewhere. The two girls who worked couldn’t care that a customer was in the store and were glued to their phones. At least have the decency to do that when the customers are not around. Not a place I would go back to

Had a great experience at the healdsburg location! I found exactly what i was looking for, for a party this weekend! The girl that helped me was so sweet! Also their clothes are quality for sure!

Wish I could give them 0 stars. I bought a bodysuit here and never wore it and then tried to return the item less than a week later. They would not accept the return.

This store makes me never want to shop local again!!!

Horrible customer service and I will not be going back.
