I purchased this for my husband as a birthday present since it was recommended by a co-worker. He loved the gift. His knees are doing much better. He also has a lot of tension in the lower back and using Pure Wave has actually helped him a lot.

It WORKS. Had a sore shoulder for along time and in one day worked it out. Receiver maybe 3 days after I ordered it.....customer service is above average. You will want to use everyday the results are so amazing. So easy lightweight and effective. Thought about if for a year....dont know why I waited so long to order it.

Amazing product. I have been using it for almost a year and it really helps relieve the knots in my back. I haven't had to go to the Chiropractor for a while except for the occasional adjustments. I think they are happy to not have to break their thumbs on me every time.

Love this massager. Me and my husband have used it every day since it came in the mail! Very Happy with this product since I'm a fitness instructor and teach classes everyday. It helps get all the knots out of my muscles and is a great stress releaver.

Got a refurbished one and the facial massager was not functioning. Great customer service. They quickly sent me a new refurbished one with pre-paid return label. The product is excellent. Very strong, but also has lighter settings. Love all the attachments, too. Definitely worth the cost.

I love my Pure Wave and so does my Husband. He is a Contractor and he comes home sore and aching a lot. When he first tried the Pure Wave Massager he couldn't believe how good he felt. We use it everyday. The customer service people I have talked to are friendly, fast and efficient. I should know I've called 2 more times to order one for my Mom & Dad and my Brother for his bad back.... They all love it.

I like their product at first.
After it broke down after months.
I requested replacement if they can not repair.
They sent me 3 or 4 replacement which were
not brand new.
I am really tired of what happened repeatedly.
When I contact customer service,.
It seemed very easy and quick replacement process.
But, they don't care what they are sending to customer.
The sealed was not broken at all.
However,
Everything looks not like brand new.
The Plastic indicator had scratched marks.
Motor sounded old.
After 3 times of returns and replacement.
I am really disappointed and decided to leave a review.
Because of all of review about PadoUSA were good.
5 Star Service.
But, I disagree,
I can not trust their service anymore.

I was hoping for this level of power in a wireless machine! The way it's weighted makes it very easy for you to use on yourself. The variety of sticks or heads with it makes it so versatile. As a licensed massage therapist, I give 2 exuberant thumbs up!
