The location was closed during hours the store said it was open, so I ended up having to book this online. The area has poor cell reception, and there was no Wi-Fi left on for somebody picking up a truck, so it was very slow to get everything started. The location Services were not solid, I had to walk around the building in order to be considered in the right location. Then when I finally got into the truck, I had trouble turning it on for the first round, but it went on after that. Later, it would not turn on for Several attempts with the key. I had to jump the battery myself, Then had to leave the truck on in order to prevent it the battery from dying again. I wouldn’t turn the truck off before I made sure everything was during the drop off because the car was not likely to start up again. I took a video of the car, not starting when I tried turning the key. finally, when I looked online to reserve the price per mile was lower than what ended up being on my bill. The reservation says $1.09 per mile, my bill shows $1.39 per mile.

My third time here during “business hours” and they are closed
