Tri, the owner, is very courteous, informative and professional. He replaced the battery and resized the band of our 35-year old Citizen watch for about $30 in less than 10 minutes. He also iterated their 1-year battery warranty even without a receipt. I will definitely come back and also highly recommend to others as Tri is very trustworthy and reliable.

I went to get my ring re sized and where he cut and soldered was not centered. He also cracked the stone on the ring and didn't mention a thing. I messed up and didn't notice until I left. He did so the work in about an hour and a half.
