Tri, the owner, is very courteous, informative and professional. He replaced the battery and resized the band of our 35-year old Citizen watch for about $30 in less than 10 minutes. He also iterated their 1-year battery warranty even without a receipt. I will definitely come back and also highly recommend to others as Tri is very trustworthy and reliable.

Located downstairs at the end towards Costco, past Macy's. Works on anything, has a great attitude.

I went to get my ring re sized and where he cut and soldered was not centered. He also cracked the stone on the ring and didn't mention a thing. I messed up and didn't notice until I left. He did so the work in about an hour and a half.

Quick Fix and its owner, Tri, are fantastic! Tri expertly fixed my bracelet, and as a bonus, he cleaned my ring just to be kind. He's a genuinely nice guy. I highly recommend his business to anyone in need of jewelry repairs. 10/10!

My son's silver link chain came out of it's clasp. They fixed it in 15mins for $20, easy peasy! We are going on a mini vaca so we were super grateful! Everywhere else said a few days.
