I purchased a Yakima snowboard rack from Aaron. He was super helpful over the phone and in store. I called ahead to make sure they had what I was looking for and he was very patient and reserved the board for me. When I got to the store it was a quick in and out. Amazing service.

Professional, customer oriented and respectful. Highly, highly recommend this business. We lost the keys to our Thule Motion 3 XL. I spoke with Sun over the phone and he was SUPER accommodating. Once I got to the store, he took care of me immediately, pulling out the master keys and allowing me to find the key that opened our box. After that he gave me a set of keys to use for our rooftop storage container.

In the future, if I need ANYTHING for any type of car rack, etc, this is where we're going. You can't beat that level of customer service. Sun showed me that it's not about making a sale, but about taking care of his customers.

This store is awesome! They have everything for your car or truck including bicycle racks, storage, accessories, and what I bought - a tonneau cover for my truck. They do installation on everything they sell. Very nice and friendly staff too.

I’m so thankful for rack attack. They came in clutch right before I was about to leave with my family to Idaho for vacation this summer. They had the exact rack that I needed for my TESLA where other places only had a part of the rack that I needed or they didn’t have it at all. The service there was fantastic. They were super friendly and very helpful. They walked me through how to put the rack on and even set me up for success with an adapter for the power port next the tow hitch on my car so that I could attach signal lights. Rack Attack is THEE place to go if you’re looking for a way to outfit your car to be able to haul bikes, kayaks, gear, and anything else you’re taking on your next adventure. The guys there (especially Andrew) we’re incredibly helpful in helping my choose the perfect cargo box for our trip across the US. We were in and out of the store (box installed) in under 45 minutes. It took longer than it should have because I couldn’t decide on the color I wanted… my fault. Needless to say, I think it looks great.
