I ordered extra long wheel studs and lug nuts for my 2011 arctic cat quad from them. I was a bit concerned about whether they would fit, as I had basically been told by someone else that different lengths wheel studs that fit my quad are pretty much non-existent. The product was shipped promptly, and I installed the studs. The were a perfect fit. They are exactly as described. I'm a happy customer.

Called RAD when I was told I couldn't get the intercom and radio I wanted by a few dealers . I was able to work with a knowledgeable person and we pieced together the intercom, radio and headsets for my application . Post sale support was excellent also

Never shipped my order even though they sent me tracking number. Still waiting since 9/23. Never answers phone or responds to email. Guess I’m out my money for sound system.

From the time I placed my order to the time I got my order was almost three months. Tried contact customer service multiple times, multi ways! and no answer! When I finally got ahold of human being they said the kits were on back order, but when I made the purchase they were in stock. Did nothing to help at all. And when I finally got my order there were missing pieces. Now I’m having to wait again for the missing parts. Horrible experience, never will buy from them again.

Do not recommend. I ordered some studs and lug nuts for my banshee and they only shipped 7 of the 8 I ordered. I have tried contacting them numerous times to no answer. Also left 2 messages. Stay away, they don't care about you.

Ordered wheels and tires a month ago, never shipped. Tried reaching out many times through email, and phone. Phone goes to voice mail. Happy to have took my business somewhere else. Terrible customer service, never ordering from this place again. Can’t cancel order if it was never shipped because it was never “fulfilled”.
