Ralphs

I main Ralph's and love their quality, cleanliness, and prices. I just moved to this neighborhood, and I love this location, but I feel I have to warn those introverts. The isles are very narrow and not something I'm used to. This doesn't bother me, but I can see it bothering others. There are some parts where only 1 person can go by at a time while the other person waits. Other than this, it's amazing with ample parking.

I go here all the time. I’ve never had any problems. Until last night. It was close to closing I understand the employees wanna go home. However I was checking out and this lady walks up to me say hey you didn’t scan everything. I told her 3 times I use different cards I do different transactions. She kept saying you need to scan this you need to scan that. I said I know I use different cards. She kept rushing me and making it out like I’m stealing. She rushed me so I just used one card and it made me over draw from that card. I’ll probably get charged for that. I’ll be getting my groceries else where now.

Stopped by for fresh Krispy Kreme Doughnuts at the bakery. $19.99 for a dozen donuts. Haven't eaten one because I'm buying this as a gift but I trust it should be good. :)

This Ralph's is pretty much the closest American supermarket to me. There were others, but they closed. I enjoy coming here for sushi, sandwiches, and rotisserie chicken. As for their other produce, I don't buy from here unless it's something I can't find at other markets because it tends to be pricy. The store is large, with ample parking.

My rating is because most of the employees apart from the Deli counter , etc… the Front staff is snobby… but… lo and behold .. today I found Conner or he found me… he really went above and beyond and that is very hard to come by these days… he helped me sort out a problem with patience and no judgments!!!

Plenty of parking. Normally, it's not a hassle with getting in and out quickly obviously during holidays, it's busy, but that is everywhere. Clean and friendly customer service.

I have to mention Heidi who works ar the Temple City store. She helped my daughter and me. We're short and couldn't reach the soy milk, which was pushed all the way back on the top shelf. She's the only tall person I could find to help, eventhough she was working in meats. She pushed the soy milk to the front of the shelf so we could reach it. We also found many good buys and markdowns.

Good selections, prices are as other supermarket. They have new checkout in place of cashiers. I guess it's okay, but that means less friendly faces.
