Shop refuses to communicate!!! Had a appointment for a week out. Bike needed tires, oil change and an inspection. They refuse to communicate any work done or give me a quote for the tires despite having my bike in there possession for over a week as of this point. I am extremely frustrated and would be taking my business elsewhere if only there was another motorcycle repair shop in red bluff. Extremely dissatisfied.

Rolled off the flatbed tow truck with a punctured rear tire on my 2007 Yamaha 1700 cc midnight road star. Rolled out of the shop on my bike on the same day! When everyone else said no or sometime a month from now, Red Bluff Motorsports came through in a pinch!
