Left my phone on the roof of my car and drove off. By the time I found it a couple hours later screen was smashed beyond recognition. They replaced my screen and battery for a fair price in a couple of hours and the phone works fine, even though it had been run over quite a few times. I’m very happy with the service and the price and the professionalism.

Quick turn around for replacement first of the screen, then four days later, the case of an abused iPhone 12 Pro Max. Courteous, professional and minimal time without a working phone. Only reservation replacement with a non Apple screen would make it not eligible for an Apple trade-in, but for lower cost and plan to keep using it makes that moot.

I took in two iPads that have been broken for along time not knowing if they were even fixable. Redding Smart Repair were professional, reasonably priced, quick, honest and a pleasure to do business with. One of the iPads was not fixable but I was educated on why in detail (the perks of having children who always break things!😂).
