They provide Internet, thru fiber optic lines. It should be great. It's not. We pay $85/month for 50 mbps, and it is highly inconsistent. I'm testing T Mobile 5G right now, which is $50/month with no contract, and it's consistently getting 100 mbps without the constant jitter and buffering of Relyant. If it continues to outperform Relyant, we'll be paying the disconnect fee and getting better service. You can run fiber optics to every house in your county, but if your distribution and routing gear is subpar, you're still going to deliver a garbage service to customers.

Predatory business practices combined with being the only wired internet provider. I had a card on my account that was set up to be auto-drafted, and it expired. The new card never arrived, and I had to cancel it and get a new one with a new number, and simply forgot to update Relyant because I set the payment method up 8 months ago. They shut the internet off 27 days overdue, and by their policies, claim they will charge me 200 dollars to reconnect it, even though I paid the bill as soon as I realized it. These practices are designed to take advantage of people who don't have as much money and live paycheck to paycheck by forcing them into long contracts or pay a fee that they likely cannot afford. Unfortunately, they are the only internet provider in the area that can provide a decent speed, and they know it.

I thought bill is due every month, no these people are ripoff’s and they know it they turn off 23 days. And they get over on people because there is no other service being (fiber) in this are I don’t use my house phone at all and still get hit big for it I have not use it in years. satellite is better because they not going to turn you off 7/8 days early. Easy location to find. Employees are always very nice and friendly. Internet and phone services for area and surrounding counties. Prices are not bad and I have no issues with the service they provide. They have a drive thru if you don't feel like going inside. Inside is very nice with seating why you wait .
