From the moment I call to ask a few questions they made me feel welcome.

Very knowledgeable, super nice guys, with excellent customer service. ( hard to find around here anymore)

They replace the screen on my Samsung Galaxy s10 plus, they told me it was going to take about an hour and a half so I went back right at the hour and a half mark and even though they were on their break they still open the door for me and my device was ready, just like they'd say. Would really recommend this place.

When I walked into the stall, I was greeted with a nice smile of the staff on duty. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. She explained thoroughly the on going special promotion plus the Mother’s Day Special where I got a free phone case. I waited and observed very carefully over the counter how she repaired my broken phone screen. I appreciated her service very much! I would recommend my friends if they need any repair of their phone. .

Great, excellent service. I was lucky to be helped by Isaak. He was a gentlemen and was very knowledgeable. Not only was he easy to interact with, he also made me feel extremely comfortable.

I’ve gone in there multiple time with either the guy or girl working (I forget their names), but, they are extremely knowledgeable, fast, thorough, honest, and kind. True professionals if you will. They are absolutely fabulous! I’d give them 10 stars if I could.

Knowledgeable, fast service. Fair prices. Guarantees their work and fulfills warranty without any hassle whatsoever. 1 of the 5 phones I've had fixed there had a problem 4 or 5 months later, I took it back, they corrected the problem under the warranty within 30 minutes, no problem. I highly recommend this place to repair your smart phone.

Best place around. Great customer service! Dropped my iPhone 6s in water and took it here, they tried two different ways to fix it, and unfortunately they couldn't bring it back to life but they charged me NOTHING for their time or parts. & if they could have fixed it their prices were very reasonable! When they say free diagnosis, they mean it. Highly recommended for your phone repair needs.

Great service, expert advice and excellent work. What more could you want. Why go to the Apple store in Fresno when you have experts here - AND they fixed my son-in-law's Androids (I know, it is a PC world…IN A MAC UNIVERSE!). Someday he'll learn. BUT we are both very thankful for a great find in Smart Phone Repair.
