Will lie steel your money. Tells customers there parts were ordered but stolen from shipper 6 month later still says waiting on parts to be replaced.
Dose not stand behind work when you have a warranty issues. Puts you off for weeks before looking at problems then try to charge to fix his warranty

I've called other shops in my area even out of the area for a quoted on lifting my Crew max Tundra. I should've called these guys first they had the best price and the most knowledge on what I needed to do for the lift I wanted. They were able to get me a package deal with the lift labor and alignment. I'm going with the BP 12" with chrome Fox shox all around. I highly-recommended this place to anyone planning on doing anything to your truck these guys are great!! No matter where you are in the bay area it's worth a trip to Tracy ask for Jennifer..
