We Love our rings. We ordered the wrong sizes and Mrs. Lucy was so quick to respond and we went and got sized and she got us our new (correct sizes) back to us super quick. Our rings are so Beautiful. Best part is the engraving on the inside! Thank you so much for making our special rings so special!

We ordered the purple agate meteorite rings, there was a but of a mix up with our rings, we spoke with Lucy. She was very pleasant to work with and made everything right. Lucy really strives to give the best customer service. Thank you Lucy!

I'm in the process of getting matching wedding bands made. The customer service she has given me already is fantastic. She sent me ring sizes because I did not know our ring sizes. Was helpful in filling out purchase order on line since I am not tech savvy. Cant wait to get the final product!

Purchased a wedding ring(black ceramic and dinosaur bones) in February 2017. It stayed in it's box until the wedding in September. I work on a computer and don't do anything with the ring on that would cause damage to a ring but the clear coat has already chipped and part of the band of dinosaur bones has already fallen out. It was worn 3 months before falling apart. The seller did get back to me when I wrote her about this issue. For a fee I was able to return the ring and have it re-worked to fix this issue.

Do not buy these rings. My husband's wedding band broke after only 11 months. I read reviews afterwards of many people's band breaking after only 1 month! And then you can't fix your review on the products afterwards due to the 100 day window closing on reviews. I took it to a jeweler and they said that the tungsten is much too thin which makes it brittle and break instead of being strong. I am now spending $2000 to try to use some salvaged parts in a new ring.

I tried contacting this company to find out if they had a certain size. They got back to me and told me they would check to see. Still haven’t heard from them. I emailed them once more asking if they were able to find out if they had that ring in that size and still nothing. I ordered from a different company that made me feel important. Never going to recommend this place.
