Get ready to waste your whole day if you’re delivering here. Needed a forklift offloaded because it doesn’t run. Showed up at 10:30am parked in the long line. 12:30 hit the front of the line. They escorted me to the back of the lot told me to wait for the big forklift. It’s now 4:00pm and still waiting.
Complete waste of my day.

Platinum buyer here, 10 year + Ritchie Bros customer. Undoubtedly the WORST customer service of any Ritchie Bros facility we have ever dealt with. First, the girls in the office held up a truck for over 5 hours because they claimed they did not have our tax paperwork, even though we had received no prior notice of any missing paperwork. Got that resolved, but not in time for the truck driver to get loaded.

Second truck arrives and now they claim there is a $100 storage bill on the items and will not load the second truck. This is on a $70,000 invoice, and at 7:30 PM east coast time. If this is the direction this company is headed, I'd recommend selling your shares of their stock before it gets any worse. In a customer service based industry, this ranks as one of the most petty and pathetic experiences of my career.

Horrible service. Set a appointment for pick up at 10 am. Arrived at 9 30, did paperwork and was 4th in line. 3 hours later still not loaded. This place is a joke. Nothing perfetional about this place. Lines of people behind us. Never coming back to this location.

So this place sucks real bad the people at the front in the office aren’t so bad but everything else sucks the prices ain’t the worst but with all the fees, the driver that sends it too you makes it not worth your time and then if you wanna pick it up yourself make sure you take a day off and expect to be there for 4 hours waiting it’s not that the lines are long it’s just that the workers don’t do nothing and leave you there for a hours and you end up spending half your day there so good luck.

Customer service here is terrible. Everyone in the office is either incompetent or just doesn’t care to be helpful. They have a bunch of random rules for titling vehicles that aren’t clear.

The service personnel in the yard are clueless as well.

Buyer beware.. it’s the only show in town these days. So good luck…

Great experience for my first time, bid online and when I came in to pick up my auction it was a very simple process to pay and pick up. I got a UTV and when I got there the tires were low and everybody in the yard was very friendly and helped me pump up the tires so I was able to put it on my trailer with ease. Overall I will definitely be using them again and highly recommend them if you're looking for a good deals on equipment.

Came to pick up a small tractor for customer! Claimed they couldn't help me load it with they're big forklifts and loaders and refused to push it unto the ramp unto my trailer! Poorest customer service ever! Had to wait for hours and pay crazy amount of money to get tow truck out to load what would have taken them 15 mins and wouldn't have been the least bit dangerous which the claimed was why they couldn't help!
