I’ve been coming to Road Runner Sports ever since they opened. They gave me a custom analysis of how I run, my feet arch, etc which was really interesting and helpful to see. Providing me with shoes recommended for me based on the analysis. The employees always take their time to help me out. They are all super friendly and wonderful to talk to and always provide me great recommendations. My latest visit, Matthew helped me out and was super friendly and helpful. I had bought a pair the day before then realized I wanted to stick to my same shoe I had and he helped me both times. He was very patient with me since I was a bit indecisive. I’ve recommended Road Runner Sports to other friends and family.

So i was simply looking for a new pair of running/walking shoes to replace my old pair. I found Road Runner Sports on Yelp and was impressed by the reviews so i figured I would give the place a chance. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Michelle. She explained how their process works and i was pleasantly surprised how quickly the machines matched my feet with the certain type of shoe. Michelle was awesome throughout the process and after trying on a few different pairs, I found the ones i was most comfortable in. First impression is everything and needless to say, Road Runner Sports is my new place to go.

Staff were friendly and gave a lot of recommendations, but we're not pushy for you to purchase. Been having problems with my feet for a couple of years. The insoles were a little pricy as well as the recommended shoes, but two weeks in with them, my feet feel the best they have in a while. To me, the price was worth it. The one thing I wished they had was more of a variety of colors of their shoe options, but understandable with the size of their store. Will definitely use them again.

Their customer service was awesome. I appreciated Fatima’s effort. She did a very thorough analysis of my feet and how I walk, made custom insoles on the spot, and ordered the size and color of the model shoe that I wanted, with delivery being three days later. Great experience!!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience shopping at this store. I first went to Dicks Sporting Goods to buy shoes but had no idea what shoes I needed for my feet and the way I run/walk. No one at Dicks could tell me anything about the differences of shoes or what I should be looking at. I went to RoadRunnner and went through their process of figuring out what shoes work best for you. This process was quick, high tech, and pretty amazing. What I can’t say enough about is the customer service. It’s tough to find great customer service these days but the woman that helped me yesterday was awesome. I got great shoes and custom insoles. This is my go too place for shoes moving forward. Who ever is running this place, you’re doing it right. Cheers!
