I bought my watch through the Diesel Brothers website over a year ago. I’ve absolutely loved it but suddenly had a water issue with it yesterday! I’ve had the battery replaced by a third party and believe it wasn’t properly closed at that time. I took it into the retail store and got the RED CARPET TREATMENT from Rich, the founder and CEO! Nick was also very helpful at the counter. I was so happy with the service, I bought a pair of glasses to match.

I was already really impressed with the quality of my watch, but after this encounter, I’ll be a lifetime customer! Thanks Rockwell!

I strongly recommend Rockwell watches to anyone looking for an affordable, luxury watch . I’ve owned my watch for 7 years now . Every time I need a tune up or issue fixed , the team at Rockwell handles whatever it is professionally you and courteously. They are absolutely incredible at what they do. I will recommend Rockwell watches to any of my friends or Family who are looking for a new time piece . The gentleman who handles the repairs ( Taylor) is an absolute class act and very thorough. Thanks Rockwell for all you do ! If I ever need another watch . Rockwell is the first stop.

For two years this has been my favorite watch. Accidentally wore it work one day and received so many compliments I decided to wear it to work more often. Working in public utility emergencies this watch was up against water, mud, soils of all kinds, rocks and climates of extreme heat and freezing cold. It’s held up beyond measure. Recently met it’s match being buried in a mud hole. After recovering what I could it didn’t surprise me to see the watch was still fully functional.
Being local I decided to pop in with hopes it could be repaired. Things only got better from there. I wasn’t aware of the swap out program. Came home with a brand brew one for half price.
Hands down, best customer service I’ve encountered as a consumer in quite some time! Taylor’s incredible!

UPDATE- Rockwell was willing to replace the watch under the warranty price for $46. The new watch lasted 45 days before none of the buttons would function. I was offered a replacement but was not allowed to get a $46 refund. Absolutely HORRIBLE quality put into these watches. And yes, I will give a negative review to a poorly made watch. And I'll be leaving a review on a FB page for LEO and military for people who need a dependable watch.
MILITARY and LEO’s stay away! I’m in a desert climate but had the chance to help Army Special Forces this weekend with parachuting into a lake. I was on a zodiac and my Colosseum watch was in the water at 3’ deep for maybe 4 minutes total. I couldn’t see a dang thing in the watch. That was just the rehearsal. The next day when timing was expected to be perfect, I could barely read it if I was holding perfectly still. It was under warranty, but I don’t want a replacement of a watch that can’t stand some water. I guess these are just for luxury and show.

I have purchased many watches from Rockwell time over the years but with the discounts they are currently offer on apparel, I decided to purchase a couple of there Titan long sleeve shirts. They are the best fitting, looking and most comfortable shirts I have ever worn. I was so pleased with the fit and quality I decided to order 2 more Titan shirts in different colors styles. Upon receiving the other 2 shirts, I noticed one was damaged and notified the company immediately. I received a replacement shirt WITHIN 72 HOURS OF NOTIFYING THEM, that’s customer service that wouldn’t be expect by any company. Thank you for taking such great care of this customer. With your incredible products and over the top amazing customer service, you have defiantly earned a customer for life. GREAT GREAT COMPANY!!!!

It was a decent place. We were there for soccer tryouts. Obviously not an ideal venue for that type of event but they managed. I only was on the outside of the property so I did not see the inside. The turf was decent.

Rockwell is a great brand! Not just because of the product quality. But because of the wonderful people! Rich, Johnny and the rest of the Rockwell family are fun and down to earth. I never had any product issues but I know if there ever was one, the customer service would be more than happy to help.
