My first experience at Rogers Jewelry was great! Tyler and Gabriel were both very friendly and helpful. I brought in two watches for battery replacement and they only charged me for the higher end watch. I try hard to shop local and this shop offers local flair and service.

Cannot speak highly enough about the service at Rogers Jewelry here in San Luis Obispo. Gabriel, the manager, was courteous, professional, and accommodating. He not only cleaned my watch and 2 rings, but offered lifetime cleaning. I cannot say enough about the beautiful selection of jewelry and the old fashioned customer service you just don’t see much of anymore. They have my vote for the top jewelry store on the Central Coast as well as one of the best stores I’ve frequented period.

Stopped in because my wife’s Seiko needed a new battery. Couldn’t be happier! Tyler was such a polite young gentleman and he replaced the battery in no time at all! Very nice store too!! I’ll be back! AAAA+++!!! 👍🏼😊👏🏼

Had to change a battery in my watch and could not find a place downtown San Luis Obispo where to do it. Stopped by Roger's and Tyler had it done for free and in under 5 minutes!!! Awesome customer service! Saw so many beautiful jewels while waiting! I will definitely be back!

Tyler was a great help!! He quickly replaced my husbands watch battery and cleaned our wedding rings back to their beautiful shine. Their excellent customer service and professionalism is what I appreciated the most, along with a beautiful display of fine jewelry.

Tyler could not have been more friendly or efficient! He quickly fixed my watch band while helping man the busy desk. What a great crew, everyone there is knowledgeable and charming.
