We have now gotten both wedding bands and my engagement ring at Roper’s and everyone has been so kind and helpful working with us to find the right prices and style within our budget. For my fiancés wedding band, they were even able to organize with a company they work with to have the ring customized with gold nuggets he found prospecting on his own. We couldn’t have asked for better, and we didn’t have to spend any more than we wanted to. Big thanks to the Roper’s team, especially Peggy!

I'm very disappointed in my engagement ring and wedding band from Ropers. We spent a total of $3,000 for both. They were both 14k white gold. One week after purchasing, we noticed a defect (small, but obvious hole) in the gold band on the under side. We brought it in and they said they couldn't fix it and it just made the ring unique and it didn't effect its durability. 2 months later, my white gold band is loosing its shine and is looking more gold than white gold. Fast forward another few months and we get the rings soldered together and they did a VERY sloppy job, the gold they used to solder was all lumpy and not smooth with my ring. Here we are, celebrating our 10th anniversary and I notice my ring feels loose one day and I examine my wedding band and see it just cracked all the way through. This is supposed to be solid gold. I don't do anything crazy, just a stay at home mom. Called and asked if they have any kind of warranty, nope they don't. They make jewelry that's supposed to last a life time but it didn't make it 10 years. I've had Walmart jewelry that held up better and longer. We will not be going to Ropers again.

I went into Ropers this weekend looking for a gift for my mom’s 80th birthday. Peggy helped me find the perfect gift and stayed within my budget!! She was super friendly and knowledgeable with no pressure at all. I highly recommend Ropers!!

The staff at Ropers Jewelry are professional knowledgeable and very accommodating. I throughly enjoyed using their layaway program, so fast and easy and affordable!
