Got chicken on Thurs Nov 21st, The girl working there was so polite and kind, her name was Cheyenne, the chicken was delicious, will be coming back. It was very busy but she kept up with all the customers on her own.

Stopped in on Friday 19 August 2022. I used the facility and filled my insulated mug with ice water. I was hungry for something but nothing appealed to me here. This is just a typical convenience store, nothing fancy, but slightly more grungy than a 7-11.

Pass by 3 pm on Sunday young man making the chicken dropped 2 pieces picked it up and put it back in with the fresh chicken. Yuck! So gross. We left so fast and went to Rutters.

The woman working the night shift laughed not once but three times in my autistic husband’s face when he was having hard time understanding her refusal to ring us up at a register that actually worked . Absolutely disgusting and we will be making a call to push the issue. I don’t think the ADA will take too kindly to a business who allows employees to make fun of people with disabilities . She also made us leave and told us if we wanted to spend the money we had to go to the ATM and take it out to spend in case . Absolutely not. Horrible customer service with a horrible employee .

Everytime I get chicken here I say it'll be the last and tonight will definitely be the last. Got a thigh and leg which both were very pink, wet, soft and rubbery extremely non edible. I was so disappointed because I was hungry and had to load up on the Texas fries to be satisfied. Hate to be so negative . The people beside me both had chicken sandwiches and asked for extra pickles but they only got one and tiny slice of tomato. I didn't feel like complaining because the employees were nice and it wasn't any fault of theirs and if they offered a replacement it would have been just a bad. Oh well .

The best fried chicken I have had so far! It's crispy, but juicey no way over cooked. I don't think the store it's self has much variety with items as far as snacks and drinks go. You definitely have a selection on the alcoholic beverages tho.

Whatever you do, do not order a grilled chicken sandwich because you won't get one piece of chicken you will get severa small onesl that all fall out when you pick it up leaving you with a big mess. Especially if you've ordered mayonnaise and tomatoes with it.

My 1st time of Royals Chicken & it was off the charts delicious! Southern MD raised & we have great chicken but I was definitely impressed. Best part of the stop, Casey, she was over the top friendly & helpful!! Thanx.

Came in late so I didn't expect everything to be perfect got an all day breakfast sandwich that looks like it was punched. Got no sauces whatsoever for my tenders and fries i got. Got a slider tender sandwich with half the ingredients not inside the slider and cold ass cheese. Shout out to my boy Brandon tho he a real one with the customer service 💯 only reason why it's 3 stars
