Just picked up my 2024 Ford F250 from getting the windows tinted and the front and rockers wrapped. Nothing worse than having your big tires throw rocks up the side of your truck. I've been having a series of issues with the dashboard instrument cluster display that I got from them for my Model 3, and their support is horrible.
I've already spent a crazy amount of time dealing with them over the last 6 months trying to get the fix for this problem, and now (in the last few weeks) they decided to simply ignore my emails.
The dashboard display started malfunctioning around 6 months ago, I contacted them by email multiple times back then and all they would say was "the fix will be available soon" ... "it is close to being released"... bla bla bal .. and after many interactions over months and not getting the fix from them, I decided to just give up (since I couldn't keep spending more time with this shit).
Then a few weeks ago (around 5 months after I reported the problem!) they finally sent me a software update saying that it would fix the problem. I installed the update, and the problem was just partially fixed, it still doesn't work properly.
Now, after this software update that they sent me, the battery indicator in their display always shows the wrong percentage (different from what it actually is in the central Tesla display), and even worse, if the battery has more than 255 mi of charge, their display gets crazy and shows that the battery is empty! See picture attached (the battery has 302 mi of charge, and their display shows that it's empty 0%).
This situation with RPM is extremely frustrating. And in addition to the huge amount of time that I've already spent dealing with them over the last 6 months, I'm also having to spend my time writing this review. I really don't like to write negative reviews, but since they decided to keep ignoring my emails then writing a review seems to be my only option now.

Here is my review of this company, which was recommended by my neighbor. He was satisfied, so I decided to give it a try—and I’m very glad I did! I purchased caliper covers and a carbon fiber spoiler for my Model Y, and overall, I am extremely satisfied.

One of the caliper covers had a minor scratch, but that wasn’t a big concern for me. I was more focused on the fitment, which turned out to be great. I had a local technician install it, and after driving about 700 km, everything is holding up well so far. Living in Canada, I’m curious to see how it performs during the winter.

As for the spoiler, it arrived with a crack. I contacted Makana, who was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. She asked for a few photos of the box to assess the damage during shipping, which I sent over. In the meantime, a replacement spoiler was already on its way, and I received it just a few days later.

I’m definitely a returning customer and will be recommending this company to all my Tesla-owning friends. To the team at RPM, keep up the great work—it’s truly appreciated by customers like me!

It’s December 10. On November 25 I ordered one item that said it was in stock. I see online that the order is still unfilled. They did charge me the full amount of money though and I see online that there are now seven items of what I ordered in stock. I reached out to the company a couple days ago, and they said they’d look into it. I responded back just cancel my order and I’ll dispute the charges with my credit card company which I have. No reason to go two weeks and not have any updates on an order for something that’s in stock. I’ve been ordering tens of thousands of dollars of stuff online for many many years and even a few items from this company. this is certainly a Great example of the ball getting dropped

Will from RPM Tesla was w efficient in ordering me a replacement locking drawer safe that failed after about one year. After emailing him proof of purchase and pictures of the issue he immediately sent out a new upgraded version of the item at no extra charge. Same experience with the carbon fiber spoiler for model Y that looks way better than stock spoilers for Y performance models. Great Company!

Great company, great site and wonderful products at a great price! we ordered accessories for our Tesla Model Y. When we decided we no longer needed an accessory that was backordered, the order was cancelled and refund issued with ease!
